If you weren't lucky enough to get tennis coaching as a kid and would like to improve your game as a grown-up, Trudi Musgrave Tennis offers eight-week programs designed for adults. Each week, you'll concentrate on a particular stroke, and at the end of the program bring it all together for a more enjoyable rally in a singles match or a social game of doubles.
Beginners and intermediate tennis players can expect not only to hone their on-court skills, but also improve health, relax and de-stress, and meet new people.
The weekly sessions cover the following aspects of the game:
- Forehand / Intro to Backhand
- Backhand / Intro to Volley
- Volley / Intro to Smash
- Smash / Serve
- Serve / Return
- Forehand Rally / Backhand Rally
- Court Position
- Match Play
